Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Effective date: 22 October 2026

Draft. This document is pending legal review and may change.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of https://anthoresa.com (the "website"), operated by Anthoresa Services ("Anthoresa", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our services

We provide software development, mobile app development, systems integration, consulting and maintenance services. Information on this website is a general description of those services and is not an offer. Each engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

3. Proposals, milestones and payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, engagements are priced and invoiced by milestone as set out in the proposal. Work on a milestone begins once the applicable payment is received, and changes to agreed scope may affect cost and timeline.

4. Ownership of work

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, on full payment the client owns the source code and intellectual property created specifically for them. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant the client a licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

5. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your business and project as confidential and use it only to deliver our services, unless you agree otherwise or disclosure is required by law.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or submitting spam or unlawful content through its forms.

7. Website content

Content on this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to Anthoresa or its licensors. Project names and trademarks shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability for services is set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

9. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Questions can be sent to hello@anthoresa.com.
