This website is operated by Anthoresa Services ("Anthoresa", "we", "us"), a software development company based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit https://anthoresa.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and other applicable law.

Our contact form collects:

• your name and email address (required)
• your company name and phone number (optional)
• your budget range and timeline (optional)
• your message about your project (required)

When you submit the form, your name and email address are also saved to our contact list with our email provider, Resend. If you email us directly, we collect the details in your email.

We also process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the website and protect it from spam and abuse.

We share data only with providers that help us run the website and our business, under appropriate safeguards. These include:

• Resend, for sending and receiving email from the contact form
• Cloudflare Turnstile, for spam and bot protection
• our website hosting provider

Some providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where they do, we rely on safeguards permitted by applicable law. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and follow up on it. If you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by law. We then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Under the NDPA 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data. To request deletion of your contact form data, or to exercise any other right, email hello@anthoresa.com from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within the time required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
